About Shams
With over 15 years of experience in the fitness field, Shams brings a blend of passion, knowledge, and humour (yes, even the terrible jokes!) to every class. She encourages play, curiosity, and respect for the body, always prioritising health over fitness. Her focus is on creating simple, consistent practices that improve everyday function while making movement enjoyable and accessible.
Shams loves how much the mind benefits as well as the body, and she believes classes should be about community, connection, and fun, not just the workout. Whether it’s through calming yoga flows or lively dance classes, her sessions are all about inclusivity and positivity.
Outside the Studio
- 🏓 Recently taken up Pickleball (a challenge for someone new to racket sports!)

Teaching Style
Her yoga is calm, open, and grounded—even when physically challenging. Sometimes focusing on longer holds, other times exploring flow, Shams always adapts her classes to meet the needs of participants. Her dance-based classes bring guaranteed laughter and banter, making fitness fun while still challenging.
