About Laura

With over 8 years’ experience in group fitness, Laura has a special passion for wellbeing classes such as Pilates, Body Balance, and Yoga. She is also a qualified Mental Health and Exercise Coach, Group Cycle Instructor, and Personal Trainer. Laura brings a calm, supportive, and motivating energy to her classes, helping participants connect movement with mindfulness and strength.

Outside the Studio

When she’s not teaching, Laura loves the outdoors and enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Kaiser and Gizmo 🐾—whether that’s walking, exploring, or simply relaxing in nature.
