Lynne has been teaching yoga classes at The PEAK and in the community since 2016. She currently teaches Hatha Vinyasa and Chair Yoga, incorporating breath work and meditation.

🎓 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training – Yin Yoga, Meditation & Chinese Medicine
🎓 40 Hour Yoga Teacher Training – Chair Yoga
🎓 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training – Children's Yoga
🎓 50 Hour Qi Gong Teacher Training (in progress – completion Dec 2025)

She believes the yoga studio is a space for connection & community, helping like-minded people achieve their well-being goals. 🌍✨

When she’s not in the yoga studio, Lynne can be found:

Lynne’s other passion is being a Complex Needs Teacher 👩‍🏫, which complements her inclusive approach – ensuring that yoga is for everyone, on the mat, off the mat, or even on a chair! 🙌
