About Julie
Julie has been attending group fitness classes for many years and decided to take the leap into teaching by qualifying as a Les Mills Instructor last year. She brings a fun, can-do energy to every class, making sure participants feel supported, encouraged, and empowered to get the most out of their workout.
Her focus is on helping you improve your flexibility, strength, and energy levels while boosting your confidence to tackle every move safely and effectively.
Outside the Studio
- 👩💼 Works full-time in HR and part-time as a Health & Fitness Instructor with Falkirk Fitness at the Mariner Centre
- 🌳 Loves outdoor walks, cycling, and gardening as her go-to breathing spaces
- 🐾 A self-confessed mad cat lady with five rescue cats (street and feral), who all keep her company while she practises her Les Mills releases!

Julie’s rescue cats “chat” to her about their day as she listens and preps for new tracks and routines—fitness meets feline fun! 🐱🎶
