About Joanne

Jo (as she’s known to many!) has been an instructor at The PEAK since the very beginning. Over the years, life with kids and work has shifted her schedule, but her passion for group fitness hasn’t changed one bit. She loves sharing her knowledge, energy, and enthusiasm in every class, helping participants feel stronger, calmer, and more confident.

Outside the Studio
  • 🚵‍♀️ Loves being in the mountains—mountain biking, walking, or snowboarding (when the weather allows!)
  • 🐕 Often adventuring with her family, friends, and her faithful collie, Glen
  • 📚 A big fan of psychological thrillers, usually enjoyed with a glass (or two) of gin or wine
  • 🛠️ Enjoys the challenge of the occasional DIY project (that’s DIY-ing, not dying!)
Fun Fact
  • 🤓 Jo proudly embraces her geeky side—she holds two degrees, two diplomas, and is quietly contemplating a master’s (though her husband doesn’t know about that bit yet!).
