Ashleigh is full of energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for helping people become fitter, stronger, and more confident. Whether it’s a high-intensity Metafit session or a feel-good Parent-Fit Circuit, she’s right there beside you—coaching, motivating, and cheering you on!
She’s currently working toward her Aqua Aerobics certification and can’t wait to bring some splashy fun to the pool very soon! 💦

- 🌳 Loves family weekends spent outdoors with her two pom poms (adorable dogs!) 🐾
Fun Facts
- 🏃♀️ Training for her first couple of fitness races this year: Hyrox in March and Deadly Dozen in July!
