What Lauren Teaches
- 🧘 Hatha Yoga (Thursday evenings, 6:55pm at Raploch Campus)
Lauren’s classes focus on movement, breathwork and mindfulness, creating a practice that helps participants feel grounded, connected, and at peace. She encourages everyone to explore what feels right for their own body, reminding us that yoga is not just about physical poses, but about connecting the mind, body, and spirit to find clarity and inner balance.
About Lauren
Lauren has been practising yoga since the age of 14 and brings over a decade of passion to her teaching. She believes yoga is accessible for all and loves supporting people on their own journeys, whatever their starting point. ✨
Interests
- 🚶 Staying active in different ways—walking, weightlifting, yoga, and dance
- 🎨 Exploring creativity through poetry, photography, cooking, and clay throwing
- 💃 A big fan of Latin dance and culture, especially bachata
- 🌍 Loves learning new languages and is working on improving her Spanish
