Come and join our incredible team of volunteers and help bring sport and physical activity to children and young people across Stirling!
Whether it’s before school, at lunchtime, or afterschool, you can play a big part in making sport fun, inclusive, and accessible to all.
A huge part of our workforce who help us to achieve this are volunteers and we are always looking for new volunteers to support these activities.
You don’t have to be a qualified coach; we’ll provide you all the training and support you need to feel confident and ready to lead. It’s all about creating a safe, welcoming space where kids can develop skills, build confidence, and most importantly have fun!
OUR GOALS
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
We have a wide range of volunteering opportunities for you, from delivering extra-curricular clubs, help co-ordinate and support health weeks, sporting festival and events, holiday programmes and sports clubs within Stirling.
These activities will give children regular access to sports and activities and will help them grow up enjoying sport and learning how to be healthy and active adults.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF VOLUNTEERING AT ACTIVE SCHOOLS?
With support from the Active Schools Team, we will provide you with all the necessary practical skills and experience you need to work with children, including transferable skills for the workplace and access to future training and employment.
