Badminton is an accessible sport for everyone, combining strategy, skill, and movement. It’s a fantastic cardiovascular workout that also strengthens key areas of the body. Whether you’re playing for fitness or fun, the flexible pace makes it enjoyable for all skill levels.
In addition to improving co-ordination, badminton helps develop physical qualities like speed, endurance, strength, resilience, and agility.

Join us for fun, social, and friendly badminton sessions —whether you're a beginner or have some experience! It's all about enjoying the game and having a great time together, plus these sessions are FREE.
No experience? No problem! Just come along and play.

*Please note: These sessions are not formal coaching classes, but a qualified coach will be on hand to offer guidance and support if needed. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming — simply come along, bring friends or family, and enjoy playing badminton together.
Please be aware that a male coach may be present at some sessions. Under 14’s must be accompanied by a female adult at these sessions.
