We are delighted to support this event, ensuring young people voice is represented is enormously important to us. The Active Schools team and the staff who attended with pupils did a fantastic job of supporting the young people to share their views. The groups discussed all the areas in and around sport and physical activity including facilities, transport, active travel, leaders in sport, and sports clubs. They looked at what is going well and where there are challenges. It was brilliant to see and hear so many young people passionate about removing barriers so that everyone can be more active more often.
The event was great, the kids loved it. Lanyards were a hit, and all the activities were engaging
A huge thank you to all the young people who took part and shared their ideas. Together, we’re building a healthier, more active future for Stirling!
