Come along and join our NEW health walk in Cornton, starting Tuesday 12 March!

The simple activity of walking has so many powerful health benefits. Just 30 minutes every day can increase cardiovascular fitness, strengthen bones, reduce excess body fat, and boost muscle power and endurance. As well as physical benefits, walking is a great activity to boost your mental health.

We have many walks that take place across Stirling – our walks are suitable for beginners, for those living in the community with dementia to attend with their carer, family or friends and are supported by our trained Dementia Friendly Walk Leaders. These walks are also suitable for those living with a visual impairment or sight loss, supported by our trained Sighted Guide walk leaders, through Guide Dog Scotland.
