Join our free femaleonly social badminton sessions, designed for women and girls who want to get active, meet others, and enjoy sport in a relaxed, supportive, and safe environment.

Badminton is an accessible and enjoyable sport for all abilities, combining movement, skill, and strategy. It provides a great cardiovascular workout while helping to build strength and improve overall fitness — all at a pace that suits you.

What to expect
