Parent Fit Circuits is the perfect class to enjoy exercising whilst your child is with you, either in their push chair, pram, or playing with toys while you exercise.
Our highly qualified and experienced Instructors will challenge you based on your level of fitness, providing instructions and feedback on techniques to ensure a safe and effective circuit style workout.
