A low impact circuit style class using a variety of exercise equipment and bodyweight exercises to help build cardiovascular fitness, increase strength, improve balance and mobility. You can take it at your own pace and exercises can be tailored to suit individual needs.

Physical activity readiness

Due to these classes being designed for adults with health conditions you will be required to fill out a physical activity readiness questionnaire prior to your first class alongside a blood pressure check administered by your instructor. You may be required to gain a referral from your GP or another health professional if we feel this is appropriate regarding your health conditions.
