Walk Forward walks are our longer, community-based routes designed for confident and fitter walkers. These walks typically cover around 4–5 miles over 2 hours and are taken at a good, steady pace. Participants should feel comfortable navigating uneven or rougher terrain, including inclines. Please come prepared with sturdy footwear, water, a light snack and a waterproof to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
