Hi, I’m Deborah — a Personal Trainer with several years of experience helping people feel stronger, move more freely, and gain confidence in the gym. I specialise in TRX and bodyweight training, blending strength work with mobility to help you feel great both during your workouts and in everyday life.
Fitness has been a part of my life since childhood, starting with running and developing into a real passion for functional strength and movement. I’ve worked with clients of all ages and abilities, including individuals managing physical and mental health conditions.
I also have personal and professional experience supporting neurodivergent clients and am committed to creating a safe, inclusive and welcoming space. My goal is always to help you feel understood, supported and motivated to reach your goals in a way that works for you.
