Our health suite at The PEAK includes the sauna and steam room, both to help you relax and unwind after a full body workout.
Enjoy the relaxation, sweat it out and loosen those muscles in the sauna, or if you feel a bit congested then our steam room will help open those pores and cleanse your skin.
The sauna and steam room are available to members and pay as you go customers.
Please note - sauna and steam room is NOT suitable for under 16's

You can book a session in our health suite online, in our app, or at the reception desk on the day.

Points to note:
- Please do not use any oils/vapours or shaving devices in the health suite
- Please only use the shower within the health suite area for hygiene purposes
- Shampoo and shower gels should be used in the main shower area within the swim village
