We are delighted to advise that we are upgrading the lockers within the Gym changing areas at The PEAK and replacing the £1 coin and key mechanism with a new padlock system.

The gym lockers will be fitted with a hasp and staple style lock system, like the swim village, that is designed to suit padlocks. Customers can bring their own padlock on each visit to use the lockers or these will be available to buy/rent from The PEAK reception at a minimal charge.

The process of changing the locks has already begun, however on Tuesday 19 March, the contractors will need a full day's access to the female gym changing room so alternative female changing can be found either in the swim village or along the sports hall corridor for the duration of the day. Active Stirling team members will be available to assist with any customer queries.

We recommend customers get their own personal, combination style padlock that is unique to them so there is no longer any requirement to carry keys around the facility and it will be the customers responsibility to remember their own unique combination to access their chosen locker on each visit.

Customers are reminded that they should only store their belongings on each visit to the facility and any padlocks left overnight will be removed and belongings transferred to lost property. This will mean that all lockers will be available for use at the start of each day and resolve the ongoing issues with limited locker availability.

We appreciate your patience and co-operation while the works are ongoing and our commitment to improving the customer experience within The PEAK.

Many thanks

Active Stirling
