If your New Year resolution is to get fit and healthy, there’s no better way to kickstart your health and fitness journey here at Active Stirling with over 150 weekly group fitness classes to choose from!

Everyone loves the festive holidays and enjoys spending time with friends and family. Taking that break during the festive period is ok, but now you're thinking I need to start being physically active and setting new fitness goals for the New Year?

If the idea is to be active every day in January and try new challenges, our group fitness classes will help you get motivated.

Our new health and fitness group classes will launch on Monday 8 January, alongside the new Les Mills class releases at The PEAK and other community venues across Stirling.

We also have new exciting fitness classes that you will enjoy, feel energised and help you get started!

Les Mills Dance is a 45-minute high-energy workout that will challenge and move you. Each class includes 10 stand-alone tracks, each introducing new choreography. The workout is anchored in 3 cardio peaks, a warm-up and a cool-down. It incorporates innovative dance movements that work cohesively with music inspired by global dance genres.

The first class starts Thursday 11 January 7.15pm-8.00pm at The PEAK.

No childcare, no problem! Try our new fitness class where you can bring your child and work out at The PEAK. Parent Fit Circuits is the perfect class to enjoy exercising while your child is with you, either in their pushchair, pram or playing with toys while you exercise.

Classes take place on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 10.30am-11.15am and Saturdays 11.00am-11.45am.

The first class starts Monday 8 January at The PEAK.

You can also choose one of your favourite classes: Metafit, Yoga, Pilates, Aqua, LBT, Cardio Dance, Circuits, and Velocity, as well as our extensive Les Mills programme, which includes Body Step, Body Pump, Body Jam, Core, Grit, Combat, Attack, RPM and Sprint.

Along with our recent studio developments, we continue to ensure our health and fitness programme is growing from strength to strength to enable our members to take part in physical activity to suit their needs. Our highly qualified and experienced Instructors will challenge you based on your level of fitness, providing instructions and feedback on techniques to ensure your workouts are safe and effective.
