Our health walks cater to beginners and take place on well-maintained, flat paths, ensuring an enjoyable experience for all.

Moreover, our health walks across the Stirling area are inclusive, welcoming individuals with dementia to join alongside their caregivers, family, or friends. These walks are guided by our trained Dementia Friendly Walk Leaders. Additionally, individuals with visual impairments or sight loss are supported by our trained Sighted Guide Walk leaders, facilitated by Guide Dog Scotland.
