New Health Walk Launching in Cowie!

Step into spring with our brand-new health walk in Cowie, commencing on Wednesday 1 May.

Experience the joy of a leisurely stroll amidst the beautiful spring weather while enhancing your mental well-being. Walking, a simple yet powerful activity, offers numerous health benefits. Just 30 minutes a day can boost cardiovascular fitness, strengthen bones, reduce excess body fat, and enhance muscle power and endurance.

Our health walks span across Stirling, catering to individuals of all fitness levels. Designed with inclusivity in mind, our walks welcome beginners and provide a supportive environment for those living with dementia, who can attend with their carers, family, or friends. These walks are guided by our trained Dementia Friendly Walk Leaders, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

Additionally, our walks are accessible to individuals with visual impairments or sight loss, facilitated by our trained Sighted Guide walk leaders in collaboration with Guide Dog Scotland.
