We’re excited to introduce Velocity Light — a brand new low-intensity indoor cycling class designed to help you move more, feel better, and enjoy your fitness journey at your own pace.
Launching on Thursday 26 June 2025 at The PEAK, this 30-minute class is perfect for anyone looking for a gentler form of cardio. Whether you’re a complete beginner, returning to exercise, an active older adult, or simply prefer a low-impact workout, Velocity Light is the ideal way to stay active and build your fitness in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Led by our experienced and motivational instructor, Shams Abu-Tayeh, the class focuses on steady-state cycling with light resistance and a smooth rhythm — all set to energising music that will keep you moving and smiling throughout. There’s no pressure to keep up with others; just jump on the bike and ride at a pace that feels right for you.
