Due to high demand and fully booked sessions, we’re now adding a brand new Thursday morning lifting clinic, giving even more women the chance to build strength, confidence and gym skills in a supportive, empowering space.

What is Iron Maidens?
It’s a confidence-building, technique-focused women’s lifting clinic, designed to help you feel comfortable and capable lifting weights in the gym — no matter your starting point. With a small group setting, expert instruction, and a supportive community feel, this session is all about helping women like you feel strong, powerful and in control.
Led by our friendly and experienced coach Lynnette, you'll learn proper lifting technique, how to train safely and efficiently, and how strength training can benefit your body and mind.

While you’re welcome to attend as many times as you like, Iron Maidens is designed as a one-off session to give you the knowledge and confidence to lift safely and effectively on your own.
