Due to overwhelming demand, we’re thrilled to announce that our Iron Maidens lifting clinic is expanding once again — with a third weekly session launching on Saturday mornings at The PEAK.
Starting from Saturday 7 June, this brand-new session will run 10.30am–12noon, giving even more women the opportunity to build strength, boost their confidence and learn how to lift weights safely and effectively — in a welcoming, supportive space.
