We’re excited to launch our new health and fitness programme for our junior members!

As a junior member you can enjoy a range of activities with your all inclusive monthly membership at The PEAK, such as fitness classes, gym, swim, skate, climb and play. You can still enjoy these activities if you’re not a member on a pay as you go basis.

Our health and fitness programme for under 16s gives juniors the opportunities to lead a healthy lifestyle, become active, engage in sport and physical activity, and try new activities.

WHAT FITNESS CLASSES CAN UNDER 16's TAKE PART IN?

We have a variety of fitness classes to choose from:

  • Cardio Dance
  • Circuits
  • Dynamic Yoga
  • Chair Yoga
  • Yoga
  • Pilates
  • Legs, Bums, and Tums
  • Metafit
  • Velocity
  • Gym Circuits

Group exercise provides opportunities to increase fitness, mental health and all-round wellbeing for participants. At Active Stirling our range of classes available to junior members will help lay the foundations to lead a healthy lifestyle while exercising with likeminded people and excellent instructors.

Junior members age 12-15 years can also use the gym and use cardio equipment from industry leading Life Fitness state of the art treadmills, bikes, and power mill climbers.
