Bringing families together through sport, activity and play
Our Family Multi-sport Activities at Raploch Community Campus offer the perfect opportunity to move more and spend time together.
Open to children aged 5–14 and their parents or guardians, the sessions welcome families from across Stirling and surrounding areas.
Designed to be fun, friendly and inclusive, the sessions give families the chance to take part in a range of games, sports and physical activities together. They focus on creating positive shared experiences, helping to build confidence, improve wellbeing and encourage families to enjoy being active side by side.
Sessions take place every Monday during term-time and are suitable for all abilities. No previous experience is needed—just come along, get involved and have fun. Activities are designed to be engaging and accessible for both children and adults, making it easy for everyone to take part.
These sessions are all about creating opportunities for families to be active together in a fun, welcoming and supportive environment. It’s not just about physical activity—it’s about building confidence, supporting wellbeing and bringing people together within the local community.
Our Family Multi-Sport Activities aim to reduce common barriers to participation by making sessions practical and flexible for families. Parents or guardians take part alongside their children, and one adult can attend with multiple children from the same household.
