Dads & Daughters Multi-sport sessions bringing families together through activity.

Our Dads & Daughters Multi-sport programme is continuing to help families get active together while building confidence, skills, and meaningful connections.

Designed for girls aged 5–12 and their dads or father-figures, the programme offers fun, inclusive multi-sport sessions where participants can enjoy being active in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Sessions focus on developing fundamental movement skills through a variety of games and sports, giving girls the opportunity to try new activities, grow in confidence, and build a positive relationship with physical activity from an early age.

As well as the physical benefits, the programme places a strong emphasis on quality time, creating space for families to move, learn, and have fun together.

Sessions run in blocks throughout the year, with activities currently taking place on Thursdays at St Ninians Primary School. New blocks of the programme are released regularly throughout the year.

Our Dads & Daughters Multi-sport programme is all about creating a fun and supportive space where girls can build confidence and develop a positive relationship with physical activity. What makes it really special is the opportunity for families to spend quality time together. We see dads and daughters learning new skills, encouraging each other, and having fun – and that shared experience can have a lasting impact both on and off the pitch.
