Bikes Without Barriers Open Day - Try Our New Adapted Bikes!
Active Stirling is excited to invite the Stirling community to a FREE open day on Wednesday 1 October to celebrate the expansion of our Bikes Without Barriers programme.
Thanks to generous funding from Tayside and Central Scotland Transport Partnership (Tactran), in partnership with Dundee Dragons Wheelchair Sports Club, Kinross Trishaws and Community Cycling Angus, this support has enabled us to purchase 10 new adapted bikes to add to our existing fleet here in Stirling—making cycling more accessible than ever before.
In addition, Active Stirling, working closely with Forth Valley Disability Sport, has introduced a new wheelchair loader bike through funding provided by the organisation.
