Active Stirling are launching a new fitness class ‘Les Mills Born to Move’ for junior members aged between 2 to 5 years. Classes start from Sunday 10 March at The PEAK, Stirling Sports Village.

This is a new class designed to nurture a life-long love of physical activity for the younger generation and will help children experience the joy and vitality of moving to music. Children will get a feel for action, movement and play as well as building their confidence, getting active and increasing their motor skills and abilities.

Introducing exercise at an early age has many benefits, Les Mills Born to Move for early years focuses on supporting imaginative, exploratory movements that are fun and full of energy. Children will enjoy the empowerment and inclusion and learn foundation movement skills, improve their fitness, and build on their confidence and self-expression.
