This 30-minute total body tone workout is designed to deliver maximum results in minimal time, making it perfect for those with busy schedules who still want to prioritise their health and fitness goals.

What is Les Mills Tone?

Les Mills Tone is not your average workout class—it's a complete workout in one session. Combining elements of cardio, resistance training, and core exercises, this intense workout is designed to challenge your body and push you to new limits. Led by experienced instructors Sophie Bird, Chris McCluskie, and Nikki Leeks, Les Mills Tone is suitable for individuals of all fitness levels who are looking to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness, and overall endurance.

During a Les Mills Tone class, you can expect a dynamic mix of exercises including lunges, squats, functional training, and tubing exercises. Classes start Monday, 4th March:

Les Mills Tone classes will be held Monday 5:15pm to 5:45pm, Tuesday 12:30pm to 1:00pm, Wednesday 7:00pm to 7:30pm, Thursday 5:30pm to 6:00pm, and Saturday 8:15am to 8:45am, in Studio 1 and Studio 3 at The PEAK in Stirling. Classes are scheduled to start on Monday, 4th March and will be available to book up to 7 days in advance online or through The PEAK app.


Les Mills Tone classes are free for members of The PEAK and are priced at £9.00 for adults and £6.00 for concessions. Please note that this class is not suitable for individuals under the age of 16.
