Our New Year group fitness classes will start from Tuesday 3 January at The PEAK and other community venues across Stirling, with over 130 weekly classes.

New Year is all about setting your intentions, and when it comes to fitness, January is a fantastic time to reset your fitness goals, that’s why our group fitness classes will help you get started. We have classes suitable for beginners if you’ve never tried a class before, our Group Fitness Instructors will be happy to have a chat and talk you through the class.

Due to the ultimate demand of fitness especially in the New Year, we have increased the number of spaces in our fitness class programme, to ensure all our customers can attend their favourite class, whether that be Yoga, Pilates, Aqua, Legs Bums and Tums, Gym Circuit or Velocity classes -we have fitness classes to suit everyone!

We also have our extensive Les Mills programmes which include Body Pump, Core, Grit, Body Combat, Body Attack, RPM and Sprint.

You can enjoy a class at The PEAK or any of our community venues across Stirling.
