Prenatal Pilates is designed to maintain your fitness throughout pregnancy in a safe and welcoming environment. Exercising has many benefits for you and your baby - these classes will be adapted and tailored by our qualified Fitness Instructors to suit your needs.

FREE for members, £8.00 for adults
16 years+ (this class is NOT suitable for under 16s)

At Active Stirling we are pleased to continue to grow our group fitness programme to include opportunities at all ages and stages.
