Les Mills fitness class releases and new workouts will start from Saturday 30 September, with over 90 weekly classes to choose from.

We have a variety of Les Mills classes from Body Attack, Body Combat, Body Pump, Body Step, Body Balance, Body Jam, Grit Cardio, Grit Strength, Sprint, RPM and Core at The PEAK and other community venues in Stirling. Whether it be your favourite class or you want to try a brand new class – pop the date in your diary to book your class!

Our new fitness class timetable will also launch on Monday 2 October, with over 150 weekly instructors and virtual-led classes.

Added to this, we have a new Prenatal Pilates class on Fridays and Saturdays at The PEAK. Prenatal Pilates will help you stay strong, flexible, and toned - exercising has many benefits for you and your baby, so you can still enjoy working out and moving your body during your pregnancy!

At Active Stirling we continue to provide opportunities to all our members to attend a wide range of classes to suit their health, wellbeing, and fitness needs. As part of our new timetable, you will find all your Les Mills and non-Les Mills favourite classes.

Our health and fitness class programme also supports our junior members – we have classes suitable for under 16s, such as Aquacise, Cardio Dance, Legs Bums and Tums, Circuits, Dynamic Yoga, Chair Yoga, Yoga, Pilates, Velocity and Gym Circuits.
