Under the expert tuition of our Level 2 and Level 3 qualified gym instructors, class members will use a variety of equipment to complete this circuit-based class.

This class is a small group fitness class so that our instructors can directly help you to perfect your form and technique using a range of gym equipment. The class delivers training systems using different exercises that work all over body.

Gym Circuit classes can be as easy or as hard as you make it. How much you put in, the weight you use (as instructed). Anyone, no matter what level of experience or level of fitness can attend a Gym Circuits class. We hope you’ll join us!
