From Monday 5 September, Active Stirling will launch a virtual timetable of the popular Les Mills fitness classes, alongside their current instructor led weekly fitness timetable.
Virtual Les Mills classes will take place at The PEAK in studio’s 1, 2 and 5. Classes will be led by Les Mills very own instructors, via our projector and will help take you through each workout. These classes are the same the only difference is there will be no instructor in the room.
Les Mills virtual classes are exciting, cinematic-quality versions of the live classes with chart topping music and instructions. The aim of these classes are to provide opportunities to increase physical activity through virtual instruction with the use of modern technology, that has become more and more popular and creating virtual fitness classes is one of them.
Virtual classes offer the best flexibility, easy set up and gives you the chance to give it a try before attending a live class with an instructor present, which can at times feel nerve racking for beginners.
Please note – virtual classes are the same the only difference is there will be no instructor in the room. For health and safety of our members, virtual classes will only take place if there’s 2 or more participants in the class. We will notify our members if the class can't go ahead due to numbers.
