Step and Tone is designed for those who want a full-body exercise session at a moderate intensity. Whether you’re looking to improve your cardiovascular endurance, enhance your core strength, or simply enjoy a lively workout, this class has it all. Our experienced instructor, Sophie Bird, will guide you through an invigorating fitness journey that combines dance, traditional step exercises, and full-body toning using steps, weight plates, resistance bands, and body weight exercises.
