Active Stirling have announced they will launch the latest release from the world famous Les Mills fitness programme at The PEAK in Stirling from Saturday 11 June.

The Les Mills programme is made up of a variety of classes from GRIT Cardio, SPRINT, RPM, CORE, BODY Balance, BODY Combat and so much more. The latest release features the worlds best music, brand new routines, all led by the best instructors.

Active Stirling’s group fitness class timetable has been growing in recent months as they continue to return to pre pandemic levels. As well as the Les Mills programme, Active Stirling also offers a range of Cardiovascular, Wellbeing, Health & Fitness, and Strength and Conditioning classes. With over 118 group fitness classes on offer each week at The PEAK and Community venues across Stirling. Group fitness classes are one of the most popular ways to keep fit, giving everyone the chance to try out new exercises and take part in some challenging but fun and friendly group exercise.
