Prenatal Pilates involves a series of moves and positions to improve your posture and joint movement and focuses on the mind and body to relieve stress.
This class will help train your mind and body to be strong while doing various exercises, focusing on your breathing and body movement.

- Work on your core strength and pelvic floor muscles
- Relieves muscular tension, takes the train off your back and pelvis using various positions such as going on your hands and knees

This class is ONLY suitable for pregnant members
Classes must be booked in advance, and can be booked online or on the app, up to 7 days in advance.
Classes will start from Friday 6 October, and can be booked online from Friday 29 September.
