Bring your Baby Fitness is the perfect class to enjoy exercising whilst your baby is with you in the studio.

Our highly qualified and experienced Instructors will provide a small group fitness class based on your level of fitness, providing instructions and feedback on techniques to ensure a safe workout in the studio.

A combination of cardio, yoga, dance, circuits, and resistance training, while using equipment such as mats, steps, resistance bands, barbels and weight plates to tone and strengthen all areas of the body.

Bring your Baby Fitness class is open to all parents, guardians, and grandparents with a child under 1 years old, and can remain in a push chair or car seat.

POINTS TO NOTE:
  • This class is open to all parents, guardians, and grandparents with a child under 1 years old, and can remain in a push chair or car seat
  • One adult to one child ratio
  • For your own safety, if you have recently given birth, please make sure your Health Professional has signed off and agreed that you are fit to start exercising before you attend the class
HOW TO BOOK

Sessions must be booked in advance and can be booked online or in app up to one week in advance.
