Pre school sport and physical activities

Pre school programme provides fun fitness sessions for children aged 6 months - 5 years - it offers children a structured play environment in which to learn and develop the major motor skills/patterns, e.g. jumping, running, swinging and climbing - along with improving their overall co-ordination.
