THE PEAK TO OPEN ICE RINK FOR PUBLIC SKATING

Ice skating at The PEAK will open for online bookings at 12pm today (Monday 5 October) with public skating to start from Monday 12 October with a two week timetable for the October school holidays.  Ice skating is included in an ALL IN membership for members who have chosen to unfreeze or available on a pre booked, pay as you go basis.

To see the public skating times and book a session customers will need a registered online booking account with Active Stirling and booking can be done on the Active Stirling website.  A new account can be created at activestirling.org.uk or if customers have forgotten their pin they can request new login details.

In the interests of health and safety and with Covid-19 measures in place, the sessions initially will be quite different from before.

Ice skating will take place in ZONE 3 ICE RINK with it’s own separate entrance at the back of The PEAK.

With the gym at The PEAK already open, along with indoor cycling sessions, adult climbing, junior gym and fitness, outdoor exercise classes, fitness class live streaming and personal training, the addition of opening the ice rink and being able to offer public skating sessions during the October school holidays is welcomed progress with the range of services and facilities that Active Stirling are now able to provide, in line with government guidelines and physical distancing.
