Our Routemap and your membership
As you may be aware, we recently published our Routemap which, in partnership with Stirling Council details our plan to reopen some areas of The PEAK and resume some other Active Stirling activities as soon and as safely as we can, subject to Scottish Government approval.

In Stage 1 of our Routemap we detailed that we would give members the option of unfreezing your membership.

We had hoped to have been able to open all 4 zones at The PEAK at once, to provide indoor gym and fitness classes and outdoor exercise in Stage 1 but we’re still waiting on the Scottish Government to confirm when we can reopen indoors, so in the meantime we plan to open the Outdoor Exercise area first in zone 4 with outdoor group fitness classes from early August.
Membership activities
Outdoor Exercise classes include Bodyweight Circuits, Cardio Fitness and TRX in zone 4 on the outdoor pitches.  If you choose to unfreeze your membership Outdoor Exercise and zone 4 will be the only classes available initially. Or if you prefer, you can book and pay for each class online on a £5.00 per class, pay as you go basis.

After that, and once we have Scottish Government approval we plan to provide indoor fitness classes in the large ventilated sports hall, indoor cycling classes on the floor of the ice rink (without ice), and gym sessions with physically distanced spaced out equipment in The PEAK GYM and in Studios 1 and 2. Again these will be on a £5.00 pay as you go basis, or available as part of your membership. We also hope to be able to open the climbing wall at The PEAK soon after that.

We expect swimming and skating as part of the membership package will be available later, as set out in our Routemap.

All activities have been planned to provide both customers and employees with a safe, socially distanced facility to keep active in, and to allow for essential deep cleaning between activities.
Ready to unfreeze your membership?
If you’d like to unfreeze your membership then you’ll be able to do this from today, Monday 20 July, giving 3 working days’ notice to activate it.  The request will need to come from the main direct debit holder for your membership. The earliest you’ll pay is from the first day we reopen activities you can attend.
To unfreeze please click here

Please check activestirling.org.uk and social media pages for updates. We hope to confirm when we will open for bookings shortly.
Activities must be prebooked online– here’s what you need to do to get your online account ready.
When we do open for online bookings for activities at The PEAK, in new, isolated safe zones, to pre book an activity you will need an online Active Stirling account to do so. Remember we won’t be a walk-in facility for a while yet so please don’t turn up to The PEAK or any of the Zones without a booking.
Check your login or register for an online account here

If you have a current Active Stirling online booking account and know your login, it will work when we reopen for bookings – and you can book online or through our app.

If you don’t have an Active Stirling booking account then you will need to register on the link above and also download our app.

Once we open for bookings, when you log in to your account, you’ll be able to see the activities and times available to book.

In the meantime if there’s anything we can help you with please email us at askus@activestirling.org.uk or you can find more details on memberships, bookings and activities on our FAQ’s at activestirling.org.uk
Once again, we hope you and your families continue to stay safe, active and well and we look forward welcoming you back.
Many thanks
