Outdoor exercise classes will take place in Zone 4, on the pitches at Stirling Sports Village. You should park at the rear of Forthbank stadium in the away visitor car park and follow the signage to the hockey pitch. 
Outdoor exercise classes will be weather permitting and may be cancelled at short notice.  Please wait in the queue outside this zone and make sure you arrive at the zone entrance no later than 5 minutes before your session starts.  But equally don’t come too early so we can keep the number of people at The PEAK to a minimum.
There will be exciting new classes to try in this area such as Bodyweight Circuits, Cardio Fitness and TRX Classes.
Bodyweight Circuits – similar to Metafit and Body Attack 
An excellent way to improve strength, stamina and mobility as well as burning calories and improving your fitness. A mix of body weight exercises that target the full body in a fun and challenging way. To keep your training varied and different this is the class for you. You work at your own pace so suitable for all fitness levels. 
Cardio Fitness - similar to Velocity and High Intensity Training 
This outdoor class involves fitness based on jogging / running / power walking and bodyweight exercises. It will burn calories and fat and help build your fitness levels. This class can be tailored round your fitness levels and is ideal for those who are looking to either get fit or improve their running ability. 
TRX Circuits – similar to Shockfit and Circuits 
TRX suspension training develops your core as well as strength, flexibility and balance. Using the straps and body weight exercises you will get fit in an enjoyable and unique way. The class will be of benefit to people of all fitness levels and help you meet your fitness goals. 
All outdoor exercise classes must be pre booked online before you visit.  Each session lasts up to 45mins and costs £5.00 per person or are included as part of an adult ALL IN membership if you have chosen to restart yours.
Outdoor exercise classes will have places for up to 30 people. They will run from 6am to 7pm Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm Saturdays and 8am to 7pm on Sundays with a minimum of 30 minutes in between for cleaning.
You will be able to see the available classes through your online account.
Our fitness instructors will be available during the session to help you with anything. They’ll keep their physical distance and have daily temperature checks before starting work.
Our team will be fully trained on Covid-19 risks and management.
