Do you do the same routine each time you visit the gym? Well, if the answer is yes then it's likely that you sometimes get a little bored. We would also recommend that you make an appointment with one of our instructors to re-look at your exercise programme, just to vary your routine and to make sure you are getting the most from your time at the gym.
