Walk your way to better health with Walk About Stirling. We have lots of walks to suit different levels of fitness and medical conditions, for example you may have an ongoing medical problem or you may be recovering from an operation.
All walks are led by trained walk leaders and are free. To register for any of the walks please come along 10 minutes before the walks start to complete brief health questionnaire and register. Please check the all walking information schedule to ensure you are joining the walk appropriate to your level of fitness. The Monday walk is an ideal walk to start on and the co ordinator is usually there to discuss any queries you may have with regards to the walking programme.
There are two new walking groups run in conjunction with the National Park and the details are listed separately below. We hope to see you on a walk soon!
