Cost: £ 40 or £50. Duration: 4 weeks x 60 mins. Age: Various.

Aim

This programme is designed to boost confidence and learn basic skills of kayaking. With defined boundaries, predictable weather and warm water, the swimming pool is the perfect place to familiarise yourself with a kayak.

Course Content

Over the 4 weeks, forward & backwards paddling, turning, moving sideways and capsizing will be covered.

Tuesday nights at Wallace High School.
