Active Stirling present their January - March Community Health & Fitness Programme.
There is a wide range of classes on offer from our popular Body Training System classes to our lower impact Bum, Tums & Thighs so we really do have something for everyone!!
We have broken down each exercise class into three different categories: cardiovascular, mind & body and muscle tone in order to make it easier for you to decide which class is right for you.
