Book by Post

To book by post you need to:
   
Download a Postal Booking Form and a Health Questionnaire.
Fill them in. Post them both along with appropriate payment to:

  • Payment can be cheque, credit or debit card (please don't send cash).
  • There is the possibility that the course is full so phoning before is advisable.
  • You will not be booked on the course until we receive payment.
  • Confirmation will be sent out by post.
  • Booking can be done this way up to 14 days (2 weeks) before the course.
  • If you are within the 14 day period then please book through our Telephone booking service.
